The MAKO and PennWell Youth Programmeà‚ “Investing in the Future” 2015 results have been announced at POWER-GEN Russia/HydroVision Russia 2015.
A discussion, devoted to the Encouraging Human Capital Development in the Power Engineering Industry,is set to be produced at the last conference day, March, 5th.

Encouraging Human Capital Development in the Power Engineering Industry Session will be held on March, 5th at 12:00 at PAVILION 8. Effective methods of professional training, companies’ motivation policies and the latest innovations at HR-Management areas would be discussed by Frédéric Rao, Human Resources Manager, EDF Hydro Engineering Centre, France, Elena Akseniva, Director, RusHydro Corporate University, Russia, Oksana Mischenko, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Interregional Organization of Employers – Power Suppliers (RaPE), Sergey Mishcheryakov, General Director, CEU and NP CESC UES, Russia under the chair of Olga Golyshenkova, MAKO representative.
The long-term Youth Programme “Investing in the Future” was launched as a joint project of International Association for Corporate Education ” MAKO ” and PennWell corporation, the organizer of the annual exhibition and conference POWER-GEN & HydroVision Russia. In 2015 the programme was composed of 2 parts: R&D projects’ expert session and corporate teams’ competition devoted to “Operational efficiency” topic.
“The Youth Program evolves and develops together with the big event and strives to keep all the opportunities it has been offering to the young specialists throughout the years while pushing the boundaries. Nowadays when every business clearly understands that people are its key factor, it is important on the one hand to find, support and give way to young talents who are making a choice and defining their professional career path.”

Up to date over 700 students, graduates of engineering and physics departments and young professionals from 45 regions have participated in the Youth Programme. Since 2010 the Youth Programme received the support of the Federal Youth Agency of Russian Federation.
