Spanish company Iberdrola and its Brazilian partner Neoenergia have been awarded three wind farm projects in Brazil, for a total capacity of 90 MW.
The facilities will require an investment of €150m, according to the Cinco Días newspaper.
The plants to be constructed are Canoas and Lagoa I and II, at 30 MW each. With these new projects Iberdrola will operate 17 wind farms in Brazil, with an overall production of 511 MW.
