Dong Energy has awarded Babcock & Wilcox an $80m contract to build a biomass power plant in eastern Denmark.
The group will install two 140 MW boilers at the biomass plant, which is designated to provide district heating and power to the city of Fredericia.

The boilers will be fueled largely from wood chips, North Carolina, US-based Babcock said today in a statement on its website. The plant is expected to start working in April 2017.
