Nuclear power has been recommended as the way forward for South Korea according to the International Energy Agency (IEA).
The IEA came to the conclusion that the county should build more nuclear reactors after a review of South Korea’s energy policies.
The report, ‘Energy Policy of IEA Countries: Korea 2012’, recommends that the nation elaborate on the details of the new emissions trading scheme and provide greater clarity on how it will work in practice.
