Aug. 20, 2002 — Framatome ANP Inc., and Exelon Corp. have formed a multi-year alliance for outage services at Three Mile Island (TMI) Unit 1 Power Station near Harrisburg, Pa.

The alliance agreement pertains to outages in 18-month cycles scheduled for Fall 2003, Spring 2005 and Fall 2006 and is renewable. The work, which can also be applied to other AmerGen/Exelon sites, includes steam generator inspection and repair, refueling services and outage support.
