Among the coming power projects to be developed in El Salvador will be a natural gas-fired plant with a capacity of 355 MW. It will be constructed in the Acajutla municipality and is planned to be operational by 2018, according to reports.à‚
The project includes a floating storage tank, a generation power plant and an associated transmission line. The plant will convert liquefied natural gas into natural gas.
