Watershed for Nestle Nigeria

Nestle Nigeria Plc. has installed GE Jenbacher gas engines, entailing the use of compressed natural gas (CNG) as a fuel source at its Flowergate Factory, enabling the company to reduce recurrent electricity cost by 30 per cent.

The CNG facility, which was engineered by Clarke Energy represents a watershed on the use of gas supply in Nigerian communities where gas infrastructure is non-existent.
