The UK Combined Heat and Power Association’s (CHPA) annual conference changes venue this year, with a move to the highly prestigious Royal Society, the fellowship of the world’s most eminent scientists and home to the oldest scientific academy in continuous existence.

The CHPA conference, which takes place in November, is one the leading events for the CHP, district heating, energy services and community energy sectors in the UK.

It prides itself on bringing together policy makers, opinion leaders and energy consumers for a stimulating debate, political perspectives and industry insights.

Taking place alongside the conference is the well-respected CHPA Awards, which showcase achievement, innovation and best practice from across the sector over the past year.

Now in its fifth year, the awards provide an opportunity for organisations and professionals from across the sector to celebrate success and collective attainment.

The Awards dinner will be hosted in the Great Hall at Lincoln’s Inn in London, the largest and oldest of the four Inns of Court.

The closing date for entries is Monday 3 September 2012.
