Mace, Morgan Sindall and Elliot Thomas are to carry out £94m ($150m) worth of works on student accommodation around London, with combined heat and power set to feature.
One of the contracts is a £26m redevelopment of the former Hammersmith Palais.
The structure will provide accommodation for 418 students, while the ground floor and basement levels of the building will create 2,140 sq m of leisure space, to be used by the local community.
The new building will include several sustainable elements including a brown roof and a combined heat and power unit.
