Carrington Power Station is a state of the art 880 MW CCGT plant currently under construction.

The plant is owned by Carrington Power Ltd, an ESB company and will be operated by FMUK, also an ESB company which currently operates 2 other Power Stations in the UK. Related ESB companies operate a fleet of power plants on the island of Ireland along with International power plants in Spain, Turkey and Asia and a wind business in the UK and Ireland.

Led by Head of O&M Recruitment, Matt Dickens, an ASTUTE project team will be based in Manchester, tasked with sourcing candidates and delivering the first round of technical face to face pre-screen interviews. Using their innovative online Crewing-Up technology, Dickens’ team will then provide a tailored shortlist to FMUK which will include CVs, video profiles and interviews with each candidate, behavioural profiling, technical tests and psychometrics.
