Mytilineos wins $132m deal for Slovenia CHP plant

Greek EPC company Mytilineos has won a €118m ($132m) contract for a new dual fuel combined heat and power plant in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The project includes the supply, installation and commissioning of two Siemens gas turbines and two heat recovery steam generators plus equipment.

The plant is due to completed within 30 months and work is set to start later this year.

It will run on either natural gas or extra light fuel oil and will have a total electrical power output of 110 MW.
