Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas (MHPSA) has formally integrated its operations in the US, Canada, Mexico and Venezuela.

The consolidation brings together five companies: Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas – Solid FueDave Walsh MHPSl & Environmental Solutions Division, based in New Jersey; Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis based in New York; Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Canada based in Saskatchewan; Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems de Mexico based in Mexico City; and MH Power Systems de Venezuela based in Caracas.

Dave Walsh (pictured), MHPSA president and chief executive, said: “Through the combined resources created with this integration, we can expand with a full scope and a broader portfolio of solutions to offer our customers.”

The new organization will offer a service and product portfolio for the Americas for both OEM and non-OEM equipment.

Florida-headquartered MHPSA will sell and service all former Mitsubishi and Hitachi power system steam and gas turbines, boilers and environment control offerings. Non-OEM offerings will be provided by Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis as well as through MHPSA.
