CFB steam generator for CHP plant in Poland

The company will design and supply the CFB steam generator and auxiliary equipment and will also carry out the erection and commissioning of the boiler island. The planned power plant will burn coal and up to 25% biomass and commercial operation is scheduled for the spring of 2010.

There is potential for around 2500 MW of CHP capacity to be added to the Spanish total by 2012, according to Santiago Gonzalez of IDAE, speaking at the recent DECX conference in Amsterdam.
