Biomass boiler for Swedish CHP/DH plant

The 70 MWth power boiler will utilize bubbling fluidized bed technology to burn biomass, replacing the plant's use of fossil fuels in district heat production. Mölndal Energi is to start producing electricity as well as heat with the new plant, the capacity of which will correspond to the yearly demand of all the households in Mölndal.
