Government action must match policy in order to boost UK CHP sector

These are the conclusions from the UK CHPA Conference held in London on 16 November, one day after the Climate Change Bill was announced as part of the Queen’s Speech. The Bill sets forth the UK’s commitment to reduce carbon emissions by 60% by 2050, but does not spell out any annual targets.
