Pakistan’s nuclear power plants scheduled for 2016 opening

Pakistan expects two nuclear power plants, currently under construction, to be officially commissioned by 2016.

The two plants, which are part financed by Chinese investment, are set to have a capacity of 340 MW each.

Officials say that completion of almost half of the work will be done by June 2013.
