The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has awarded South Korea’s Hyundai Heavy Industries to build a $3.2bn, 2640 MW thermal power plant.
The plant will be located near Jeddah and the capacity of the plant is equivalent to five percent of the Middle East country's total electricity supply, it said.
