Nuevo centro de tecnología de hidroeléctrica en Brasil

8 de marzo 2012 - Alstom ha comenzado a construir su futuro Centro Global de Tecnología para América Latina, que se encuentra en Taubate en el estado brasileño de Sao Paulo.

El centro estará localizado en la generadora de hidro electricidad más grande que posee la firma, con la capacidad de producir todos los aparatos electromecánicos para las plantas hidroeléctricas de Brasil y para proyectos en el exterior, dijo Alstom.

Alstom agregó además que el centro se concentrará en las plantas Kaplan e incluirá “bases sofisticadas para modelos de turbines que se espera entren en acción para mediados del 2013.”

El centro “tendrá la capacidad de contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas para proyectos en todo el mundo, en particular, Latinoamérica,” dijo Alstom.
